The Process

You submit your application.

We will respond as quickly as possible, normally within 24hours with an offer “in principle”. This is an offer based on the details in your application.

If you accept the above offer, we will then arrange for an urgent valuation of your property that the potential loan will be secured on.

While the valuation is being arranged, you need to contact your solicitor or conveyancing agent, and have the conveyancing done as quickly as possible. Make sure the solicitor/ conveyancing agent you hire is competent and will get the job done quickly, this will be quite tricky because there aren’t too many of them around.

As long as there no significant problems, you should expect the entire process to take 7-10 days.
